Pregnancy test

Just looking for advice, I had a misscarriage on the 23rd of October I took tests after my misscarriage showed negative I havent took a period after my misscarriage and today I took these tests that look positive to me.. has anyone ever gotten pregnant that soon after a misscarriage? I'm just really really worried that the same thing might happen to me again!! X
