I’m at a complete loss on what to give to an incredibly important person in my life. I met her this past June because she was my new dance teacher. At the end of the summer semester, I was struggling with severe depression. She, without realizing it, said something during the last class that prevented me from committing suicide. I built up the courage to tell her what she’d done for me at the beginning of October. She is still my dance teacher, but since then she has become my number one person I share my thoughts with because she gives me amazing advice and is the only person that can calm me down during an anxiety/panic attack or make me feel loved during a wave of depression. She is 23.5 and currently a student teacher for middle school history. She has two golden retrievers. She’s a very outgoing person. I don’t know what else to include but please help me!!!! I want to give her something meaningful but I don’t know what. I’m a teenager so I can’t afford anything expensive.
