I knew this day was coming, I just didn't think it would be today of all days. Went to the bathroom and when I wiped, this is what came out of me

So while everyone else is enjoying family and friends, I am dealing with saying goodbye to a life I will never get to hold. All I want to do is cry but I can't even do that without people wondering what is wrong so I sit quietly to the side and mourn to myself.
