Pretty positive you can do Sudafed as long as it isn’t max strength

You’re really limited during pregnancy.  You can take Tylenol but that’s about it unless your doc has told you otherwise. I would stay away from anything like Sudafed or Afrin as that causes vasoconstriction and can elevate your blood pressure.  Tylenol, cough drops, warm tea, humidifier/ Vaporub. Hang in there mama.
