Ok so these might be dumb i don't know . i couldn't breast feed with my son but im trying my hardest with my daughter who is 6 days old today . my milk just came in a few days ago . we had to start her off with a bottle as she was born with low blood sugar . she got used to the bottle & I have to use a shield to get her to even latch on to my boobs . it's getting better and im pumping as much as i can but i cannot for the life of me get this engorgment to go away or at least go down. I could really use some advise please. I've been doing heat and hot showers . tyia
