Alcohol and breastfeeding.
How long after drinking can I breastfeed?
I had ONE apple cider with dinner at 7pm (finished by 7:30pm and expressed a bottle for baby, she’s usually fine with bottles but is refusing this one tonight 🤷♀️😒 it’s now 9:30pm is it okay to breastfeed now?
