Still going to keep on trying

Hi everyone it wasn't to long ago that I lost twins. It was first one in may but I wasn't even aware it was twins until beginning august I lost the second baby. My bf and I broke up I ended up hating him cause he just left me to be alone at hospital for nights he drowned himself in his work. Can I ask he wants to make up and try again but I am so afraid he will do the same thing what do I do cause ive miscarried because I was stressing and my blood was always high... We are kind of seeing each other but I still have this in the back of my head will he walk if I should tell him today I'm pragnant
