Eek! I have my first ultrasound today and I have never been more anxious in my life!

As I’ve said before, we conceived our first via fertility treatments and this time around was a complete surprise. I’m not used to the constant blood work to check betas etc.. so I feel like I’m totally in the dark this time (haha) which I know is the “normal” way to do things but I can’t help but be soooooooooo anxious and nervous today!!
