Birth control question

Hi ladies!

I am almost done with my BC for the month. I missed one dose and took the next days dose earlier than normal. My period started 3 days early, should I finish out my doses or should I just take the placebo pills until I finish my period?

I've only been on this medication for 3 months to and I haven't had this happen before.
