Can you tell that you’re pregnant sooner 3td time round?

Hi ladies has/did any1 notice any early on pregnancy symptoms 3rd round? I’ve got extremely sore & tingling nipples. Aching breasts. Extreme sense of smell. I had cramps for half hour the other day. Too early for pregnancy test atm. 
Any feedback would be appreciated thanks xx

I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or not yet but I feel the same way! This would be my second. It’s way too early for symptoms and testing but all week I have had headaches, joint pain, nausea , some days where I napped... and mood swings, buldging on my c section scar and I think I even had a nose bleed the other night! Baby dust!!

I wasnt really having many symptoms but just had a feeling I was pregnant tested at 8 dpo had a barely there line next morning at 9 dpo definitely a line and this is my actual 4th pregnancy  my first was a miscarriage.
