Birthing balls?

Who has used a birthing ball to successfully induce labor?! 39 weeks and dying over here 😅

I used it last time to help my daughter engage. We were at 39 weeks 4 days and she was floating.  Within 12 hours she had engaged, didn’t really get labor going, but it can help the baby move down - also LOVED using it during labor.

I've been bouncing on mine loads the last week and a half and have had 4 cervical checks and each time I have made progress so I think it is working x

I am 39weeks tomorrow and bouncing on Ball for at least 30minutes per Day for the last 2-3weeks but i cant feel any difference. No belly dropping or any signs of labor. I have never had any BH as well 🤔
Seems it is true baby will come when she is ready.

I just started using it 4 days ago and the baby finally dropped! Like she’s insanely low now and I feel so much pressure so I think this, along with Evening Primrose & Red Raspberry tea is helping me make progress 🤞
