I’m a teacher and currently hold a concealed weapons license and own a gun. I know it’s illegal in FL for a teacher to carry in a school.

I’ve had an experience where a random guy was peaking through my class window and not only scared the hell out of me but one of my students.

With all the shootings at schools, Walmart’s, churches just makes me feel as if I should carry of course in a safe place locked away in one of my high cabinets that god forbid something were to happen that I’d at least be able to protect my children and self.

Am I wrong for feeling this way?
