Cups..?

I’m really young and don’t truly know how “Diva Cups” work. Do I need one? Does it hurt? Is it more comfortable than a tampon? I also have to swim some weeks and if I was swimming will the cup fall out? How do I use one? Does it hold HEAVY LONG periods? Lots of questions please help ugh.

I wouldn't go back after using one. Its more comfortable than a tampon. Swimming wont effect it at all. Its easy to insert if you fold it right(watch videos on how to do this). Definently 10/10 worth the investment.

I use a cup too. Never going back to tampons. 
I never leaked with the cup but with tampons I always did especially while swimming.
