Best shampoo/conditioner for dry, frizzy hair?

So my hair is wavy, dry, and frizzy and I wanted to know what shampoo and conditioner works the best. My price range is no more than $30 for both the shampoo and conditioner together

Try L’Oreal’s Elvive Total Repair 5! It’s amazing!! You obviously don’t have to get the entire set, I just use the shampoo & conditioner & omg my hair is amazing on it!!

Also try Maui Moisture! They have multiple shampoos & it’s all natural! You can get at Walmart! This made my hair frizz free, brought out my natural curls, usually my hair is a frizzy mess when I air dry it but not with these!

Monat all the way. Best shampoo/ conditioner have ever used. Specially for frizzy hair.
I used pureology, Paul Mitchell, Joico, you name it, they are by far the best !
