Does this sound like my baby is having 4 month Sleep Regression?
So the last 2 nights my baby is really unsettled, she keeps waking up every 2 hours & rolling over to her front in her cot. She cries out & when I try to comfort her & feed her but she doesnt want the milk. she stops & tries to go back to sleep but cries when i put her back down...it takes a while for her to go back off. She seems aggitated & grabs her hair but has her eyes are shut still!! Is this the start of sleep regression?
