Y’all help me So I haven’t had a period Sense Sept 11

So sept 11 was my last period found out I was pregnant but I had a miscarriage oct 21st but I haven’t had a period sense .. but I had started bleeding today but it was dark brown but it wasn’t a lot of blood not for no period so what Is the dark brown pinkish blood another pregnancy ???? Idk what the hell going on with my body SOMEBODY HELP ME
