Best carriers for petite ladies?

Question

Hi my SIL is preggo and is super petite and trying to find a carrier to use. She tried on my lilebaby and it’s wayyyyy to big on the arm/shoulder straps. She fits my xs baby ktan but anyone have any other suggestions for structured and soft carrier? She is 5 feet tall and about 90 pounds. Thanks!!!

I have a lilliebaby and an ergo (not 360)
They both fit me just fine, but I do have to tighten the straps almost all the way on both.

I'm about the same size and I use a Pognae baby carrier. It's awesome since it's an Asian brand made for Asian women, who tend to be short and petite, so it's the best fit. I use slings too, but since I'm so "skinny" I have so much fabric left when I'm done wrapping the baby, it looks ridiculous.

I like the Baby Bjorn when the babies are very little (maybe to 4-5mo) but it does get hard on the shoulders/back (but they're nice and close)

Honestly baby k’tan has been the only one that fits my torso and holds my girl without killing my back. I’m 5’1 and have a huge problem finding anything to fit my torso. I tried tula ( which is awesome for longer torsos, my husband loves it), ergobaby, and lillebaby and had a really tough time with all of those until the k’tan.
