Getting my period twice?

Okay so I know this post might be dumb but I’m actually pretty worried about shit right now. So whenever I get my period it’s a medium to dark red and thick and has a very irony smell to it. But every time i go to the bathroom I was spotting and then I went to the bathroom this morning and it was bright red not thick at all and just looked like normal blood. I have been experiencing horrible back pain, loss of appetite and I have been cramping. So am I just getting my period again and freaking out over nothing. Not to forget to mention I have endometriosis If that plays a part. I’m just worried because I have no health insurance so if anyone could help ease my mind that would be rad
