can i drink an espresso machiato while pregnant?i really need it to be able go focus!

You can, just not excess amounts. The recommendation is no more than 200mg of caffeine per day. 
Starbucks Espresso Macchiato Solo (single shot) has 75mg of caffeine, or Doppio (double shot) has 150mg.

Unless you have hypertension or high pulse rate (or any cardiac condition) or your baby has had irregular heart rhythms on your ultrasounds (or anything else concerned regarding the baby’s heart), it’s ok to consume caffeine. Just be careful to avoid herbal remedies that contain caffeine or are marketed as energy boosters during pregnancy. Coffee drinks are fine. Just be mindful of Starbucks drinks, as they have higher caffeine contents than most coffee brands.
