Can anyone help or been in this situation?

I did 2 test on Saturday and got very very faint line with both that was with 2nd day wee. (Held in for 8hours) I then took a test Monday and negative. On Tuesday I started by getting cramps very bad cramps with very light spotting (high pain tolerance I’ve had a child with no pain relief and barley felt it, this pain was worse) within an hour it was extremely heavy with a few blood clots, I’m still bleeding now and get bad cramps every now then.

The reason I didn’t go to doctors Monday/Tuesday was because the pregnancy test was negative on the Monday because I had been in earlier this year they said they can’t do nothing because my tests are negative. So it’s put me off .
