Anyone dealing with low fluids?
31 weeks and mine was on the “low end of normal” they want it to be 10-20 & mine was 9.6
Has anyone else gone through this? Did it get better ? I was told to drink a gallon of water a day (my normal is 70-80 ounces) and rest on my left side as much as possible.
