Spotting and cramping after embryo transfer on Day 9-11

Hello there!

My embryo transferred happened 10 days ago and I am seeing dark brown spotting and severe cramping and keeping hot bottle bag on my thighs and stomach. My pregnancy home test second line is stil lighter. I am scared if this is implanting bleed or something negative I am so cared and nervous. I have my DR test in another 2 days. I want to stay positive and hopeful!!! Anyone has any experience like that. Please share!!
