ive been on the implant for 8months ,got it removed on the 4th of nov. I havent seen my breast milk since my baby was born in march , my period is suppose to come tomorrow but i started spotting yesterday and lightly bleeding today( not like my normal pd on the 1st day) does breast milk come back when you're on?
