And if you’re babies walking, how did you help them get there?

No rush! Walking doesn’t normally come before 12 months though some kids start as early as 9 months. You don’t need to do anything but give them plenty of time to play in as many different positions as possible. Avoid restricting them to baby holding devices and put toys at varying levels and places throughout the house. Most of all, enjoy the process of watching them learn!

My son has been taking steps for a few weeks now, but officially started walking more with a purpose over Thanksgiving 😊

She’s almost there. I started when she was like 3 months and I’d have her bear weight on her legs and then that progressed to standing with help and now we hold her hands and let her walk around.
