Best cell phone plans in New England?

I’m in the Massachusetts area. 
Verizon, t mobile, sprint, AT&T xfinity etc etc 
I currently have AT&T and was wondering what plans y’all have and what you pay. We’ve been thinking of switching to t mobile. It would be two on one plan.

We are between rural, hilly VT and Boston and Verizon is the only option we have found for consistent, reliable service. My work phone is at&t and it only works in Cambridge because we have boosters in all our buildings. It's trash as soon as you step outside.

I have sprint for my personal phone and Verizon for my work phone. Between the two Verizon is 1000% better service wise.
