Itchy vagina!! Help!!

I haven't had sex in 2 months and like a week ago I started using panty liners.

I know that I'm allergic to certain pads and didn't think much of this one.

Anyways, I also got new vaginal hygiene wipes the same week.

I got a rash and I know that was from the panty liners because I'm allergic. My problem is, my clit is itching soooooo bad!! Like I slept all day just so I stopped thinking about how bad it felt.

But I cant sleep cause that's how bad my clit itches and like the inside of my folds itches a little but it's mostly my clit.

I never had this before when I had allergic reactions with the liners.

Also, I have super wet transparent discharge no odor. Could it be the wipes I'm using, the liners or something else?

I'm also 18 weeks pregnant.

Helppp.. and what should I do? I'm gonna go to by doctor and ask him but I have to wait til Monday, I just wanna know how if i can do anything to feel less discomfort. Thank u :(
