IUGR?

Anyone else told baby had IUGR? This is my 2nd baby like this and it’s super frustrating. My placenta isn’t working right again plus a sub chorionic hematoma and there’s nothing I can do about it but wait. My husband is stressed out. Anyone else?

My little IUGR baby is 10 weeks old today and is perfect. I was told at 21 weeks she was measuring behind and it just got more and more behind as the weeks went on. My doctors managed to get me to 36 weeks where I was induced but the induction failed so I had a c section at 36+6 weeks. She weighed 4lbs 4oz at birth and we had a hospital stay for 5 days to monitor her growth, sugar levels and temperature. It is scary ride, but all worth it in the end. IUGR babies are such fighters! I am 26+3 with an IUGR baby. It's frustrating as my high risk doctor initially told usIUGR, then next ultrasound she is just going to be small(both our families are small, I'm 5'2) and last ultrasound, we are looking at delivering at 30 weeks! This whole thing has been terrifying. But my primary did put me on muscle milk 3 times a day. It seems to be helping as the baby is getting extra protein. I see her again today and have so many questions

I just had my IUGR baby last Monday at 38+2. She weighed 5lb 1.8oz at birth and only lost 4% of her body weight by the time we left. No nicu time. She had to be in an incubator in my room for 24 hours to make sure she could maintain her temperature herself, but that was it. Her blood sugar tests were all perfect, bilirubin wasn’t high enough to treat, no problems with feeding or breathing. She passed the 2 hour car seat test and we got to go home Wednesday

I’m 25 wks pregnant with my first babies! I’m having Di Di twins and my little girl is measuring in the 3rd percentile while my big boy is measuring in the 30th! I have to have a Doppler scan on Thursday and will have to have scans every week from now until I deliver! I was told that there is a huge chance that at every ultrasound I may be admitted to L&D for an emergency c-section! I’m trying not to stress out but that’s so hard considering how little they are! He’s 1lb 8oz she’s 1lb 4oz!

Just got diagnosed with IUGR yesterday. This is my third pregnancy and I'm scared to death. I go to high risk Dr's to move forward. My regular dr is taking about inducing at 37 weeks. My baby is measuring in the 3rd percentile and im 30 weeks. It's scary and I'm sick to my stomach. I've also been dropping weight again. I'll keep you and your LO in my thoughts.

This is my third and they just diagnosed me at 33 wks . I’m worried sick 😢they are monitoring me three times a week . I’m skinny usuallly when not pregnant but I’ve gained thirty lbds and they said the placenta and cord and all that looked good he’s just measuring small 😰

Any updates ladies on your baby’s progress? My baby’s growth is slowing down more and I’m looking at delivering mid to late March. I do drink protein shakes but not sure how much it’s helping.

My 1st baby was IUGR and a preemie so I can relate to your frustration. Sorry, Mama. Did your MD start you on baby aspirin? Thanks in advance for sharing - this is a fear of mine. Virtual hugs.
