Bleeding at 7 Weeks

On November 22nd I went to the ER due to cramping and very light spotting.

They confirmed I was 5 wks 6d, which was a week off based on my last period. My baby heart rate was 95 bpm and my bhcg was 9124. The doctor said he was worried about me having a threatened miscarriage due to fetal bradycardia. He recommended I see my OB ASAP.

I contacted my OB and sent them the paperwork from the ER and my OB said to keep my regular appointment 12/12.

Today I am 7wks 1d and woke up to this. At 6 weeks I started experiencing very bad morning sickness and last night I had diarrhea. I put a pad on to monitor the bleeding but I am so worried. Has anyone been through this?

Also I take my prenatals and metaformin.
