Acupuncture before IVF?

Question

Anyone do acupuncture before their IVF cycle? If so, why? I’m on the fence! 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Yep!  I loved it!  My acupuncturist had 17 women conceive the same month I did!  My clinic has their own acupuncture department so they offer pre and post transfer appointments.   It is supposed to help with blood flow to the uterus but also relaxes you.  Avoiding stress is really important!

I did acupuncture half way through my cycle and my follicles doubled almost overnight! Even my doctor was surprised with the results. I was so devastated in the beginning bc my follicles were barely growing, and couldn’t believe my eyes when we went in for a stims check.

I did because my previous cycle had failed. I figured it was worth a shot. I got my positive this month. It may or may not have had anything to do with the acupuncture but it sure didn’t hurt. And it’s so relaxing. Good luck!
