Tips to make life easier with two little ones?

My fiance goes back to work tomorrow. I have a 3 week old and a 2.5 year old. I will be staying at home with them for most of the day and up with the newborn at night. Ant tips to make the day easier? Like things to prepare in advance?? Any tips would be appreciated.

Get them in the same schedule ASAP. Get up in the morning at the same time breakfast and lunch at the same time. Nap at the same time. Makes it much easier on u. Might take some time with the baby still very little but once it happens life will be better. It’s better than juggling two different schedules u will never have time for anything else. I would also get something’s for the toddler to do like some color wonder markers and paper. Some dvds books puzzles. Anything to keep them busy when u need ur attention on the baby.

I have a 2 month old and 3 year old. 
Its terrible to admit, but i make sure the Amazon fire tablet is charged for my 3 year old! 
I have two straw cups that i fill with ice water so that my oldest always has a drink. (I fill them when i get done breastfeeding).
I have snacks in a plastic bin that my oldest can reach himself. 
I set my coffee maker to auto brew at 6a, i pour in coffee and water the nite before. 
I try to do one load of laundry a day so it doesnt overflow.

Im a single mom and have a 3y/o and a 2mo/o, as much as it sounds great to get them on a schedule it’s really hard and unrealistic with a newborn! Maybe that’s just me, I really struggle with a schedule and every time I try he needs to nurse sooner than “scheduled”. I’m currently staying home/working from home. I have found it most beneficial to plan an activity for my older son during my younger son’s morning and afternoon naps, they (and Myself as well when I can) nap from 1ish-330ish together. For activities I try to plan them out for the week and know what I’ll need so I actually commit to it. Something age appropriate with minimal prep, you can get real creative too, literally anything is a learning opportunity for them and has potential to entertain them for a while. (Like a skewer with the pointed side stuck in play doh and Cheerios, count Cheerios while you stack them on the blunt part of the skewer.... or another is color coded labels the round sticky ones in the office section and I’ll draw a circle with marker in each color using the rim of a cup and he has to peel the stickers and place them in the right color circle) . Runlikekale on Instagram has some great activities to try at different ages that are pretty minimal prep and help stimulate the older babes so we can breathe for a minute or tend to the younger one.

I have a 5 month old & a 3 year old. I make my 3 year olds lunch the night before & keep it in the fridge & find lil things for him to do. Atm its christmas craft. We go to lots of baby groups so he can run around & burn off energy & i can focus on the baby. My 3 year old hasn't napped since he turned 2, which can be hard, so some baby naps he has my full attention, others i do the washing up or washing.
