What’s your “white lie”?

We are at the time in our lives when everyone is asking when we will have kids. Little do they know I’m 8 weeks pregnant 🤪. What’s the fib you use to keep it a secret?

I just don’t say anything lol. I’ve been asked when are we having another since my son has been born. He’s 2, & we are almost 9 weeks. I’m not ready to say so I just say you never know. When it happens we’ll let you know! 
I’m super nervous to tell my boss, not even my family. I’m in line for a promotion by the end of the year, & she made a comment (because 2 other girls at my work got married this year), that she hopes no one gets pregnant soon. Meanwhile I’m pregnant & had to postpone our wedding because of it & no one knows 😂

I’m in the same boat, I just laugh and say “We will let everyone know if we are expecting, when we are ready”. If they keep asking questions I kindly tell them it’s none of their business lol 🤷🏻‍♀️

When people ask me when we're having number 2 I just say "oh sometime.." or "whenever it happens"

🤔🤔 Haven't thought about it yet but someone at work asked me for a tampon and was like oh you may not have any tampons cause you might not have periods anymore. I laughed and said why wouldn't I have a period🙄😂😂 Glad I did have one in my book sack to spare though🤷🏽. I won't need it for a lonngggg time 🤣🤣 I'll tell them when I get ready. They too nosy and negative!!

I have 2 others and they know we want another one but I just tell them my boys are a handful right now (not technically a lie, but no one knows we’re pregnant.) this is the last grandchild for both of our parents so trying to wait to share the news

I had a work colleague ask 2 weeks ago when I was 8 weeks if I was pregnant, I responded with, I'm just bloated 🤣 in a way I was telling the truth
