I am 39 weeks tomorrow. This weekend we’ve walked and had sex. Today I started losing my plug. So I’ll know for sure tomorrow at my appt but I’m thinking there’s some kind of progress beyond the 1cm no effacement I’ve had the past few weeks

So yes sex can help put you into labour. When your body is ready.... if not it can help the thinning out anyhow

It can help speed things along, but only if baby is ready! I'd love to say heck yeah, but we've been having sex for the past week and I've not changed in dilation or anything yet 😭 also bouncing on the yoga ball, walking, squats and everything else lol

I was dilated 1 cm last Wednesday. I have been cramping and feeling unpatterned contractions the last 2-3 days. We had sex yesterday twice. He came in me both times and I orgasmed once. Baby still isn’t making any arrival! Lol (and I’m always taking time to bounce on my yoga ball!)
