What to do for gas

I am 15 weeks now and I am struggling!! I have really bad gas to the point it makes my stomach hurt! Any suggestions on how to make it better ?

My best advice is to drink tea. I’m having the same issue. Might sound weird, but hot milk is great as well. I’m not only gassy, but I’m also constipated. So heating up milk and drinking it helps.

Extra strong gas drops. Works like a charm for me. Especially when I get trapped gas.

Tea! Warm liquids seems to help me the best. Also, a diet high in fiber...avocados, pomegranates and such. I eat those two things almost everyday to help me go first thing in the morning or I’m absolutely miserable all day.
