Anyone else deal with this ?

Even as a kid, I had bowel issues. Not being able to go unless I had medicine to help the BM or drinking a lot of apple juice (learned this because I hated medicine and this helped).

But for a little over a week now , I’ve had pretty loose stool. Mind you, I’ve taken nothing to cause it. I don’t eat spicy foods either. Nothing in my diet has changed that would be causing this.

But I’ve read that you can have diarrhea days before going into labor.

I’m 37 + 3. Just curious if anyone else has experiences this and how it went for you ?
