My partner already has 3 daughters to a past relationship and I was just wondering how terrible it would be for me to reuse some of their middle names (which are family names of my partners)? I dont even know the gender yet so it might not even be an issue but I love the name Lola Grace for a girl, which was my partners grandmothers name. However one of my step daughters middle names is Grace and the other is Lola. I honestly think the girls would be excited to share part of their name with the new baby but I know their mum, my partners ex wife, would not approve. What do you think? Would it make me a bad person to name my daughter this?
