Is it bad to not have sex very often ?

What’s the longest you and your S/O that you live with have gone without having sex? Three years + into the relationship. Also did it bother you that the both of you were comfortable about not having sex every few days or?

My wife and I have been together for 7 years. She has a very low sex drive and my anti-anxiety meds cause bad sexual side effects such that I can’t climax. And, I’m 9 months pregnant. So we haven’t been having much sex at all. I’d say once every 4-6 weeks. But we’re okay with that. It works for us.

I think the longest we went without sex was right after I got my IUD in and that was because I was too scared. We went a few months without it and he didn't mind too much
