Insane pelvic pressure while in labor

I’ve been given cervidil for the second time to help induce labor (tomorrow morning breaking my water) I’m having pretty strong contractions, but I have the most intense pelvic pressure. Dr can feel her head so she’s super low. But it’s to the point where I can sit up straight because it’s painful, and I can barely walk bc her head is right between my legs lol.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to relieve this pressure pain? I’m sitting in the bath right now, but it isn’t helping much
