PIO injections - how long do you have to take them?

If the FET is successful, do progesterone-in-oil shots continue until week 9 of the pregnancy? 😭 I know every person’s protocol could be different, but is there a common prescription for this?

I was supposed to be on it until week 8-9 of pregnancy.

For my fresh transfer it was until I was 10 weeks. For this FET I'm on both PIO and E2V shots until 12ish weeks (10 full weeks from transfer is what my instructions say)

Hey! I know my doctor will continue me on the PIO shots but will wean me off of the other medication that I’m on. I’ll let you know after transfer today, what she says. 😊

Has anyone taken Crinone for progesterone? I keep seeing PIO and now I’m concerned as to why I’m not taking that instead of this vaginal cream.
