Cramps and hip pain

I’m almost a month postpartum and suddenly having bad hip pain, back pain, and what feels like menstrual cramps. I’ve been bleeding red this entire time (breastfeeding). Is this normal? It subsided a little with ibuprofen and a heating pad, but it’s still painful all day and night.
