I’m so scared to poop. I have second degree tears, I’ve stopped bleeding from what I can tell but I have to poop so bad and I literally can’t relax those muscles bc I’m scared to rip anything at least not without another epidural 😩. Help, I haven’t taken stool softener bc truthfully I have to go NOW and it wouldn’t work on anything until maybe a few hours down. Ugh please someone calm my nerves
