Best friend wants a baby!

My best friend and I have been inseparable since we met about 10 years ago. My kids call her Auntie because she’s in their lives and loves them as such. She wants a baby sooo bad and all these new babies popping up in our lives gets to her. I recently told her we were gonna try again and she started to cry but said she was happy for me. Well I believe I just got my bfp, she’s the first person I want to tell but I can’t do that to her. I know she’ll be happy for me ( or says she is) but how do I tell her when the time is right?
