Upset stomach

Never thought I’d be grateful for diarrhea 😫 my cramping has really ramped up today and my stomach has just been feeling off. My main pregnancy symptom is insomnia which is making me tired and irrational and all Day I’ve been on edge convinced something bad is happening. Ive been really positive this entire pregnancy so far feeling super optimistic but today just mentally I’m a mess. FInally started having crazy diarrhea and I just never thought I’d be so relieved to have an upset stomach. Makes the whole day and panic make sense.
