Missed miscarriage

Today I found out I had a missed miscarriage. I've had not signs at all. I got for a D&C on Wednesday. We had went for an elective ultrasound last week and there was no heartbeat. Today my doctor confirmed. To make it even harder I had a family member announce they were pregnant the day after no heartbeat was found. I know I need to be happy - but I can't find an ounce of happiness in me at all.
