Doctors Ethics....

So today my 10 week old had his wellness check at his pediatricians.While looking him over and taking his measurements his pediatrician looks at me and says "wow he has big feet,you know what that means?" "He has big shoe's to fill". Im well aware of the joke she was implying and just laughed along with her. I was totally unphased by the joke but my Mom was not happy at all. She kept going on and on about how inappropriate it was...So,I have a question for you all. Would u have laughed along or would you have been offended?
