Holding on to stuff

How many of you held on to your baby items so you'd have them for the next child? I'm struggling with the decision to get rid of baby clothes, toys, equipment, etc. that my son has already outgrown or never uses. Idk if I want a second child BUT there are times when I truly consider having a sibling for him. If that happens, I dont want to have to start from scratch buying clothes, bassinets, toys, bottles,blah blah blah. My husband and I both agreed that IF we decided to concieve again, it would be after our son is at least one and we have a few more bills paid off. This means storing the items for around a yr (my son is 3 months).

Would you go ahead and get rid of the items or keep them on the off chance another baby comes into fruition?
