Currently 7w 1d and for the last couple days I have had on and off brown spotting. I figured it's normal as long as it's not bright red along with severe cramps. I called the doctor to review my symptoms and she is recommending an ultrasound tomorrow to check viability and now I feel like I won't be able to sleep thinking about it. I've had three losses already and the thought of having an ultrasound is giving me so much anxiety. I found out about my three losses with the ultrasound so whenever I think about having an ultrasound I get super nervous and scared. Any positive thoughts or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. We've been praying everyday for this little bean. 🙏😔
