Nipple piercing healing?

How long should it stop being so sore? Its been 3 days and the one bleeds a lot. I think part of it was my sports bra was too tight so I started wearing no bra to see if that helps. It’ll be fine for a few hours with no blood and then all of a sudden I’ll look and the bar basically will be crusted onto my areola with blood. I just want to make sure it’s ok it looks and feels fine otherwise. Doesn’t hurt more than a fresh piercing would. And honestly it hasn’t even looked swollen at all. Should be fine right?
