When does your body feel like yours again after giving birth?

I love this little girl so much, but I can’t wait to feel like me again once she’s out

It's probably different for everyone. But my first was born almost 3 years ago and I still have not felt like my body is mine again yet. Because I breastfed him, which meant I still had to be careful about what I consumed.. then I got pregnant with number 2 while breastfeeding, also breastfed number 2, and also got pregnant again while breastfeeding number 2.
I feel like if you're breastfeeding, you probably won't feel like your body is fully yours until you stop. Or at least, I didn't feel like it was my own while I was breastfeeding.

Took me about 3 yrs with my first to actually feel like myself & shortly after got pregnant again 🙄😂 lol second baby is already 8 months & to be honest I’m tired af to even think about if i feel like myself 😅😩

I’d say around a year and a half after I had my son. I nursed him for 14 months and after that I slowly started to feel more “normal” after my hormones started getting back to normal

My daughters two, I’m just now feeling like me again...
I know what you mean, at the end of my pregnancy I just wanted to feel like myself, once baby is finally here it’s doesn’t really change so simply. It’s a huge adjustment
