Hey guys,

I haven't had a period in four months but always came out negative on pregnancy tests so I went to my primary doctor and sure enough I wasn't pregnant. He put me on birth control and requested I go to an OBGYN. When she took blood and did the normal tests she said I have PCOS. It wasn't a big shock since my aunt and my great aunt have it on my mom's side. All this went down about a month ago and I just started my period. This time my cramps are crazy painful and I can barely do anything. I had to call in sick because I couldn't even get out of bed without wanting to cry. My cramps have never been like this and nothing is helping. No heating pad or Advil or ibuprofen work. My bowel movements have also been painful. My mom and her mom have endometriosis and are worried I might have both. Is this possible? Do I need to go back to my doctor? Please help!
