Foamy poop?

Hey mamas! I was wondering if anyone had experience with 1 month old having foamy or green poop??
Exclusively breastfeeding

Google hind and fore milk imbalance. Sounds like it could be that. If it’s just one poop I wouldn’t worry too much. Feed linger on one breast before switching. Consistently foamy and green then I’d call the pediatrician. 
Also. The rock and play has been recalled for 30+ infant deaths while using them. You can get money back for it. I’d stop using immediately.
